Another year has passed and it’s time to celebrate the accomplishments of the past year and announce preliminary plans for the coming year.

just get together for a good meal and a little fun.

This year’s Change of Watch Banquet will be held at the Bryan Park Conference and Enrichment Center on Sunday, the 18th of January.

We will be

1. welcoming new members,
2. Recognizing individual accomplishments from both the Frostbite Series and the Summer Series of racing,
3. Installing the slate of officers for 2026, and
4. Partying!!!

Happy Hour with cash bar from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Dinner to be served at 5 p.m. with awards and new officers installed from 6 until 8 p.m.

Choice of Entree:

• Beef Tender Tips w/ Peppers, Onions, & Mushrooms
• Honey Teriyaki Chicken
• Vegetarian Dinner

Each meal includes:

• Red Bliss Roasted Potatoes
• Roasted vegetable medley
• Green salad
